I was wondering what everyone thinks about Zero Turn Mowers?

These things look like a lot of fun and are expensive.  Are they that great compared to traditional lawn mowers?

I would prefer a zero turn mower, but have heard many older folks complain that they are not comfortable.  And yes they are significantly more expensive in my experience.
